·  Due to space constraints, we have decided to do an in-house event, exclusively for the Malayali community in Eindhoven (except for family members)

·  Please do not share the registration link to your non-Malayali friends.

·  Entry to the event shall only be based on pre-registration with confirmed ticket. Spot registration shall not be allowed under any circumstances.

·  Please make sure to not let food items and drinks to the main hall(First floor).

·  Food consumptions shall only be allowed in the dining area (ground floor).

·  Cancellation is possible within the stipulated timeframe with cancelation costs. Beyond the time frame it is unfortunately not possible to cancel.

·  Transfer of ticket is possible with your own initiative.

·  Treat this as your family get-together and be actively engaged in the whole event including the end cleaning.

·  Please respect and follow instructions from the organizers / volunteers

·  Keep the hall and premises clean
