Refund and Cancellation

Refund Policy

• Tickets once sold are final. No cancellation possible.

Event Postponement or Cancellation

• In case of rescheduling or cancellation of the event by the organizers, attendees will be notified via the contact information provided during registration.

• Attendees will have the option to receive a full refund or transfer their registration to the rescheduled date, if applicable.

Refund Processing

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 days after the cancellation request is approved.

• Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original purchase.

Modification or Transfer

• RAGALA does not support modification or Transfer of Tickets.
